Ensure on-going client devotion by: •Developing and maintaining a strong client bond through honest, clear and substantive communication •Leading client-facing information discovery, translation of learning’s from strategic thinking to tactical recommendation, and driving results for individual campaigns •Managing multiple projects to ensure they are on strategy, flawlessly executed, on time and on budget •Supervising overall budget and managing account profitability Accountable for: •Responsible for agency deliverables and providing perspective and leadership in the development of quality solutions •Pro-actively identify, formulate and develop proposals for new opportunities •Plan and track a range of projects by collaborating with internal resources to identify and manage any deviations in timing, cost, strategic or creative direction •Manage projects outside the agency with photographers, illustrators, and other project specific suppliers
