We are looking for an account manager with exceptional client service and project management experience. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate their creativity, organization and project management expertise. Responsibilities will include: build/manage strong client relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, manage day-to-day client communications, schedule/manage/lead client meetings, develop and manage project/program schedules, create efficient job flow through constant dialogue between agency and clients, and work with directors and supervisors to develop budgets and ensure effective management of resources. Advertising agency experience a plus but not mandatory. Strong verbal and writing skills are a must as well as being a resourceful problem solver and strategic thinker. A positive attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.
