Job Requirements -
Provide sales and marketing support
Resolve customer issues/complaints
Enter and track all customer orders
Quickly gain detailed knowledge of company products, procedures, pricing and other information to best handle customer inquiries and projects.
Follow job production step by step through the process concluding with customer follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain current customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous service.
Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times
-3 - 5 years experience in customer service
-Excellent communications skills - verbal, written and interpersonal
-Must be extremely detail oriented.
-Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Translates problems into practical solutions
-Shows willingness and aptitude in finding solutions to problems; presents options and ideas to enhance current processes or procedures. Takes on additional responsibility when both big and small tasks need to be done.
-Manages multiple tasks at one time; accurately shifts attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions without loss of accuracy
-Proficient in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook
