Implement the Bank’s Social Media Strategy, participate in strategizing, monitoring and identifying trends and to implement tactics to drive brand awareness and build loyalty among clients and non-clients. Also responsible for ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network in accordance with the Bank’s Board approved social media policy. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS •Excellent project management, communication and multi-tasking skills •In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed •Knowledge of blogging relevant to the banking industry •Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization a plus •Bachelor’s degree •Two years previous social media marketing experience in a corporate environment ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Manage Bank’s presence on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Blogs and other social media platforms, per the Bank’s approved social media policy •Manage responses to client’s and non-client’s questions, comments and concerns through social media channels and directing specific issues to appropriate internal teams •Develop targeting and meaningful content for these channels •Develop and manage strategic social media marketing campaigns •Monitor social media mentions through research •Monitor effective benchmarks •Assist e-Marketing Manager with maintaining website, email communications and various interactive marketing responsibilities
