WAVE 3 News, the NBC affiliate in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking a Marketing Graphic Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for breakthrough marketing and a talented eye for design in motion graphics, video, digital and print. Desired experience also includes writing, shooting, editing, and commercial production. This position will work with all departments at WAVE 3 News, including marketing, sales, news, production, engineering, and digital media in building our brand. The position will include managing projects in our station and with local businesses from concept to completion. The job is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to have an impact, create value for themselves, and grow on the innovative and energetic marketing team at WAVE 3 News. Position requirements: Flexible work schedule. Familiarity with Adobe editing and graphic design programs. Experience with broadcast quality cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. A degree in communications, advertising, marketing or equivalent experience. The passion for trying, doing, achieving, and being creative.
