We are searching for a bi-lingual Marketing professional to join our Latin America Sales team in Louisville, KY. In cooperation with the respective Strategic Business Unit and Latin America Regional Sales Manager, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, inclusive of (but not limited to): lead prospecting and nurturing program, planning exhibitions, promotions, media, and creating brand awareness. Develops/analyzes sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products and pricing within specific Strategic Business Units in Latin America.

Miscellaneous marketing projects as assigned by Management. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. The Marketing Specialist for Latin America will work in support of and under the direction of Latin America Regional Sales Manager and must be capable of performing in a responsible and efficient manner the techniques and tasks that are assigned. A marketing degree is required along with a minimum of three to five years experience. Multi-tasking, organizational skills and attention to details are necessary. Bilingual in Spanish and English is also required. This position requires a self starter with the ability to take initiative for implementing all phases of the Latin America marketing plan.
