We seek an enthusiastic, experienced healthcare marketing professional to support the recruitment advertising initiatives we undertake on behalf of our client, the U.S. Army Medical Department. Our Field Marketing Representative position requires a motivated self-starter; working independently at the U.S. Army Recruiting Command in Ft. Knox, KY, we’ll look to you to manage our sales and service relationship with this established client and provide strategic marketing insight for their medical recruitment initiatives. You’ll gain support and direction from our dedicated team in our Cleveland headquarters, and have all the resources and expertise you need to achieve your client’s goals. Responsibilities •Evaluate and negotiate local marketing opportunities, added value and vendor proposals to support the recruitment advertising of over 90 different health care specialties. •Serve as the local marketing expert and provide Marketing and Advertising guidance to Army Recruiting Command, the Medical Recruiting Brigade and related regional Battalions•Integrate Local marketing plans with National plan•Develop and maintain working relationships with representatives at universities, publications and vendors to assist in providing effective recruitment advertising and event plans•Research, support, analyze and provide recommendations concerning local events and promotion opportunities for the Army Medical Department Recruiters•Develop a trust-based working relationship with the Army client public affairs and recruiting leadership within the Medical Recruiting Brigade and related regional Battalions•Travel as necessary to support client stakeholders.

Qualifications •A minimum of 7 years of marketing or advertising experience required (media, sponsorship and event planning experience preferred) •Experience in the healthcare industry and a solid understanding of healthcare job environment is required •A solid understanding of integrated marketing plan development, including event marketing, social media, digital, PR, grassroots, and traditional advertising. •Familiar with all aspects of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint We know that our clients are the reason for our business and our people are the reason for our success.
