We are looking for someone who shares our passion in coding and industry standard practices. You would be a great fit if the following describes you:

• You write code that enhances the user’s experience in modern browsers, but gracefully degrades in older browsers

This role will be responsible for supporting an internal creative team by developing custom sites and supporting our production department by developing web site templates. The primary responsibilities will be in development, but design opportunities will be available for those interested in creative. The right candidate must have extensive experience with styling and creating form elements in addition to industry standard validation practices. This position will require the ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Applicants must possess the following skills and qualities:
Advanced Knowledge of HTML4
Some experience with HTML5
Advanced Knowledge of CSS2
Some experience with CSS3
Advanced Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery
Must comply with W3C standards
Some experience with responsive design
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with development for mobile platforms
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated writing/communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
Ability to adeptly multi-task many projects at one time
Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills
Four year college degree and a portfolio of professional work showcasing expertise in current web development practices
Requirements
Communicating with the internal client to effectively execute web sites and web templates
Developing, proofing, revising and testing web sites on multiple web browsers and platforms
Communicating with the design team to create design concepts and complete revisions
Providing a first level of support to internal employees for web marketing and development
Identifying opportunities for improvement
This role is typically Monday through Friday and 45 hours a week, but may require more flexibility occasionally. This position offers a salary commensurate with experience and a great benefits package.
