As a Media Assistant, you'll support our Media Director and Media Buyers with a number of tasks-trafficking ads, researching media placement opportunities, assisting with media plans and reviewing invoices, to name a few. Besides being a well-mannered, well-groomed and generally well-adjusted and amicable person, we expect our new Media Assistant to have the following attributes: the desire to work in a fast-paced environment, an ability to multi-task, an ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, superior organization skills and an eye for detail, strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word® and Excel®.
