WAVE 3, Raycom Media’s NBC Affiliate Louisville, Kentucky, has an immediate opening for a Local Sales Manager. Qualified candidates must focus on new business development (on-air and online), possess excellent communication skills, have AE coaching & training experience, and understand the importance of team work across all departments within the station. The ability to plan and achieve sales objectives is critical. A qualified candidate must demonstrate a successful track record in these areas. Additionally, this position will have some national revenue responsibilities. College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years television sales experience expected. Sales management preferred. Spreadsheet and above average TV sales software skills are important including Wide Orbit, Matrix, Rentrak, One Domain and SQAD.
