Account Development
Department/Interdepartmental Communication
** Facilitate information-sharing among Client Services personnel at all levels
** Ensure better communications sharing between Client Services/Creative, other disciplines/ departments
** Utilize the right management resources when/where needed to gain positioning with current and prospective clients
Account Profitability
** Manage “accountability” among all Client Services team members
** Manage “profit centers” within our Client mix
** Expand revenue base from our existing clients – make our Clients’ dollars go further
Strategic Selling
** Identify opportunities with current Clients
** Seize the right opportunities, i.e., timeliness/time management
** Produce results-oriented strategies
** Provide quality input for effective creative
** Increase frequency of selling efforts
** Forge Client trust
Application Procedure
Organizational Development
** Personnel: hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, evaluations, motivation
** Career Mapping/Management of Resources: ensure that all personnel are being used to the most advantageous purpose; guiding and counseling personnel on agency-related career path; determining department organizational structure, account assignments
** Training: work with HR department to ensure staff receives necessary initial and ongoing training
** Soliciting, developing and implementing new methods and processes to conduct Agency business for efficiency and profitability
**Minimum Education and Experience**
**Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field
**Minimum of 10 years of experience in Client Services or related field with proven experience leading clients and managing and developing staff.
