Job Description
This role is responsible for developing and managing the CEF marketing plan aligned with overall CEF strategy, including management of creative process to grow equity in the CEF brand. Work scope includes: developing robust marketing plans based on key insights from research, creating highly innovative brand building platform and activating programs that support the brand, and leading donor efforts. This position collaborates with multiple internal and external contacts, including the CEF executive and annual fund directors, agencies, donors, parishes, and the Archdiocese.
Requirements:
•B.A. in business, communications or related field
•+4 years marketing experience in a consumer goods, service or not for profit environment(s)
•Demonstrated experience in developing, executing and managing integrated marketing plans/campaigns (advertising, sales promotion/collateral, web, CRM)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to create clear images through words
